We invite vendors to participate in the Whole Hog BBQ & Music
Festival. The North Haverhill Fairgrounds provides a lovely, country
setting for this festival. This is a family-friendly event. If you
have been with us at other events, we appreciate your past support
and hope you will consider joining us again this year. In order to
make certain we have a variety of vendors, we would appreciate a call
or email message from you as soon as possible to confirm your intentions.
- Craft vendor - $20 deposit. 10% of gross sales
over $200 to be paid after the festival.
(Cohase Chamber or WREN members: 5% of gross sales over $400)
10’x10’ space allocated – let us know if you
need more. You provide your own popup, tent, or other setup.
- Food vendor - $30 deposit. 10% of gross sales over
$300 to be paid after the festival.
(Cohase Chamber or WREN members: 5% of gross sales over $600)
- Food vendor - Please contact us using the form
below to identify your space needs and whether
you will require water and/or power. (If you need more than 500
watts, there may be an additional charge.)
- You must have your own liability insurance.
- Fairgrounds will be open on Saturday and on Sunday
at 8:00am for setup.
- Vending sites must be attended at all times during
the festival and the vendor must remain set up until 6:30pm.
- Vendors will be allowed four free festival passes
(contact us to discuss special circumstances).
- Camping facilities are available for $20 per night,
with water & power hookups. Please contact us.
- Please print and complete the application
form as soon as possible to participate. It is a pdf that
you may view, save, or print. You probably already have it but
if you need to, you may download the free software for viewing
pdf's from Adobe
Systems.
- Application form and deposit are due no later than
July 24, 2010. However, in order to ensure a place, we
require that you reserve a space using the form below by June
30, 2010 or submit the application
by that date.
