We invite vendors to participate in the Whole Hog BBQ & Music
Festival. The North Haverhill Fairgrounds provides a lovely,
country setting for this festival. This is a family-friendly, no-alcoholic-beverages-served
event, (but we’re looking at possible micro-brewer partnership
opportunities in the future). Last year’s transition from Bradford
to this site seemed to work well and we anticipate a bigger and better
BBQ competition and festival this year. If you have been with us at
other events, we appreciate your past support and hope you will consider
joining us again this year. In order to make certain we have a variety
of vendors, we would appreciate a call or email message from you as
soon as possible to confirm your intentions.
- Craft vendor - 10% of gross sales to be paid after
the festival. 10’x10’ space allocated – let
us know if you need more. You provide your own popup, tent, or
other setup.
- Food vendor - 10% of gross sales to be paid after
the festival.
- You must have your own liability insurance.
- Vending sites must be attended at all times during
the festival and the vendor must remain set up until the
festival ends.
- Vendors will be allowed four free festival passes
(contact us to discuss special circumstances).
- Fairgrounds will be open on Saturday and Sunday
for setup.
- Camping facilities are available for $20 per night,
with water & power hookups.
- Please print and complete the application
form as soon as possible to participate. It is a pdf that
you may view, save, or print. You probably already have it but
