Join us for this FREE event and discover a variety of Farms throughout our region!  This self-guided tour allows you to explore a variety of farms throughout the Cohase region.  Visit all or some of the farms!  Farm hosts will be on hand to provide you a tour and answer any questions you may have.  Discover  the secrets of growing great vegetables!  Visit a large operating dairy farm!  Learn about herbs, berries and the production of natural health and beauty products!  Visit a commercial flower farm!  Mingle with animals from cows to chickens to peacocks!

Tullando Farm

George and Barbara Tullar began the farm in 1956 with 16 milking cows and 300 acres of land spanning along the Connecticut river in Orford, NH. Today the farm is still owned and operated by the Tullar family and consists of 440 milking cows, 60 dry cows, 500 replacements, and is now set on over 1500 acres of land. Our cows are milked each day with eight Lely robots, averaging 90lbs/cow/day. Our land consists of 400 acres of corn, 100 acres of alfalfa, and 100 acres of grass.

Cottonstone farm is a family run business , run and own by a family member since 1958.  We are a wholesale cut flower farm delivering our cut flowers to the Hanover area twice a week. We specialize in sunflowers and zinnias. The family grows all their own meat and veggies feeding 5 families . The love of the earth and good clean living keep us here in the valley.

Zen Mountain is a small, family-owned herb farm on 150 acres of field, woodland and ledge. We grow a variety of herbs, vegetables, and berries that we use in our healing remedies. We make tinctures, salves, beauty products, teas, insect balm and CBD products. We also offer classes in yoga, tai chi, qigong, kung fu as well as, cooking, fermentation and the making of herbal remedies. In addition we offer deep relaxation massage for stress relief and rehabilitation.

Macwilham Farm is a small family farm with a wide assortment of animals including chickens, angora goats, alpacas, peacocks, curly-feathered Sabastopol Geese, ducks and possibly a new litter of piglets.  Sonya McLam will also have out her spinning look and spinning wheel for the alpaca wool.  A  great place for animal lovers, kids and anyone who wants to see a wide diversity of animals!

Green Bough Farm is nestled on a scenic organic farm in the Connecticut River Valley of New Hampshire. The farm offers picturesque views of nearby mountains, hills, pasture, and a herd of Scottish Highland cows (plus a plethora of other farm creatures!). It is family owned and operated and specializes in 100% grass-fed beef, pasture raised eggs, honey, blueberries, and cut flowers.  The farm is also home to The Farm Studio a full-time yoga studio offering weekly classes, monthly workshops, and yoga teacher trainings. The practice space is 1000 square feet of meticulously renovated barn that is over 150 years old and holds historic significance.  There will be a yoga class open to the farm tour from 10:00-11:15am and a self-guided tour will begin shortly after and throughout the day until 3:00pm.

We are a diversified, family-run farm located in West Corinth, Vermont. We raise a wide variety of vegetables using intensive, market-gardening techniques. While we are not a certified organic farm,  we use organic practices and no synthetic fertilizer or pesticides. We offer a Main Season Farm Share during the summer and fall and a Winter Share in November and December.  On Friday evenings during the summer months our farm stand is open and we offer naturally leavened bread and wood-fired pizza from our cob oven. We also raise Registered Icelandic Sheep, pastured poultry and pork
