Restorative yoga is a practice designed to help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. In this 1.5 hour practice we will use props to support the postures as the body and mind ease into a state of relaxation. Some gentle movements will be used to transition from posture to posture. Join Kelsey in this therapeutic practice to create space and comfort in the body and mind through releasing the need to work, resetting the nervous system, and letting go of any unconscious holdings in the body. This class is appropriate for all levels.
