COHASE CHAMBER GARDEN TOUR RETURNS
The 13th annual Cohase Chamber of Commerce Garden Tour will feature six diverse and interesting gardens on Sunday, July 20, with gardens open from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in Fairlee, Bradford and Newbury. Come and enjoy the day as you delight your senses, immersing yourself in the sweet scents of colorful flowers in these unique gardens. Brimming with flowers and veggies, shrubs and trees, even an artist’s studio- each gardener has created a very personal space that reflects their personalities, and enhances their surroundings. Find inspiration for your own garden as you explore, and perhaps discover something new that you can grow yourself! These northeast summer gardens are perfect spots for taking photos or sketching, and hosts are happy to talk about their experiences as they navigate the particular challenges of their own properties.
Tickets are still only $20 per person (kids 12 and under free) and may be purchased the day of the event or online at www.cohase.org . Guides (maps & directions) will be available on the lawn at the Wells River Savings Bank, 9 N. Main St., Bradford from 10:45 to 1. Tours are self-guided but hosts are generally available for questions and the event will take place ‘rain or shine.’
Thanks to our sponsors North Haverhill Agway, North Country Organics, Community Bank NA and Wells River Savings Bank for their support. For questions, go to www.cohase.org or call 802-866-3320.
